Shipping, Refund and Return Policy

Placing Orders
It is up to you to verify the accuracy of all the information you provide to us when ordering products. Hernan Prada Hair is not responsible for lost or misplaced orders because of inaccurate order information you gave to us.

Shipping Your Order and Restrictions
All orders must include a residential ship-to address. Orders placed using a P.O. Box, FPO, or APO shipping address will not be processed unless pre-approved with us before ordering.

Shipping and Handling Charges
You agree to pay all shipping and handling charges for the products you buy from
Hernan Prada Hair. You are responsible for all shipping charges for any products that are returned or refused by you. If your product was damaged during shipping, please return the damaged product to us and we will either replace the product or issue a complete refund.

We only ship in United States territory.

Returning Products

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • You must return products within 30 days from the time it was delivered to you.

Conditions of the returns:

  • If you are returning the product because you ordered the wrong product, size, or changed your mind, you will have to pay for return shipping.
  • If you want to return the product because we sent you the wrong product, we will pay for return shipping and there will be no restocking fee. Your product must be returned in the original packaging.
  • Your return may be subject to a restocking fee of 15%.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If you have a product to be returned, please email us at shop@hernanprada.com to tell us your intent to return one of our products and include your name (or the name on the order), order number, date, and the product(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds
We will refund all qualifying returns to your credit card or Square account within 7 days of receiving your return. Your original shipping charges will not be refunded, unless the return is a result of our error.

For returns that we receive that exceed the 30-day limit, we reserve the right to deny a refund, issue a partial refund, or issue a credit, at our sole discretion.
